This Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the “Privacy Policy”) governs the privacy and cookies policy applicable to the domain laboratorioescenico.com (hereinafter, the “Platform”), owned by Laboratorio Escénico S.L. (hereinafter, “Laboratorio Escénico”), a Spanish company registered with the Commercial Registry of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, with its registered and tax address in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Tax Identification Number (B76786581), and contact email address for the purposes of this Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy: info@laboratorioescenico.com.
USE, PURPOSE AND APPLICABLE LEGAL FRAMEWORK
The Platform is an interaction, communication, and support mechanism made available by LABORATORIO ESCÉNICO to Internet users in order to provide them with sufficient, lawful, and appropriate information regarding its activities, products, and services in connection with its legitimate business operations, which are governed by applicable Spanish legislation and, specifically:
- With regard to information society services, by Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
- With regard to the processing of personal data, by the applicable Spanish and European legislation concerning the protection of personal data of natural persons, particularly Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter, the “GDPR”).
In all cases, users undertake to make appropriate and lawful use of the Platform and of the content, products, and services made available through it, in accordance with the legislation applicable at any given time.
Likewise, users of the Platform specifically undertake to:
- Ensure the authenticity, accuracy, validity, and truthfulness of all data provided to LABORATORIO ESCÉNICO, being solely responsible for any inaccuracies.
- Use the Platform exclusively for the purposes and functionalities made available by LABORATORIO ESCÉNICO. Such functionalities are provided on an “as is” basis, and users are prohibited from using the Platform for any other purpose.
- Use the Platform lawfully and legitimately, avoiding any unauthorized, fraudulent, unlawful, or illegitimate use of the Platform and/or the content and information provided through it, refraining from violating this Policy or applicable legislation, and avoiding harm to the legitimate rights and interests of LABORATORIO ESCÉNICO or any third party.
- Refrain from causing damage to the Platform, its associated systems, suppliers, or third parties, or attempting to circumvent security or authentication measures, carry out actions causing disproportionate or unnecessary strain on the infrastructure or communications environment associated with the Platform, or attack the Platform in any way. LABORATORIO ESCÉNICO may adopt any preventive or corrective measures deemed necessary to protect its interests and ensure the proper functioning of the Platform and its associated functionalities.
- Refrain from introducing or distributing computer viruses, malware, or any other harmful software through the Platform.
- Refrain from attempting to access, use, or manipulate data belonging to LABORATORIO ESCÉNICO, data under its responsibility, or data belonging to third-party providers or other users.
In particular, and by way of example only, users undertake not to transmit, disseminate, or make available to third parties any information, data, content, or messages that may infringe the rights of LABORATORIO ESCÉNICO or third parties.
- Refrain from accessing the Platform without authorization or using false identities, impersonating third parties, using fraudulent profiles, or carrying out any actions that may create confusion or mislead others regarding the user's identity.
USERS
This Privacy and Cookies Policy applies to users of the Platform with regard to the processing of their personal data.
In any event, the Platform is intended exclusively for users over 18 years of age, and its use by minors is strictly prohibited.
The information and personal data provided by users when browsing or registering on the Platform must be:

RIGHT TO INFORMATION
In compliance with applicable data protection legislation, and in particular Articles 12 to 14 of the GDPR, users are informed as follows:
- The Data Controller is Proyecciones y Estudios Transnacionales, S.L., with its registered and tax address in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, operating through the website laboratorioescenico.com and contactable via info@laboratorioescenico.com.
- Personal data provided through the Platform shall be processed for the purposes specified in this Privacy and Cookies Policy and, where applicable, within the various data collection forms available on the Platform.
The collection of personal data through the Platform serves the following purposes:
- To enable users to browse the Platform and access its information and content.
- To respond to specific requests and inquiries submitted by users.
- To implement protective measures required under applicable legislation, including, where appropriate, the anonymization of personal data through suitable available techniques. Accordingly, anonymization and pseudonymization processes may also be carried out to enhance data protection.

If users believe their rights have not been properly addressed, they may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, namely the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Nevertheless, users should be aware that Internet security measures are not infallible and depend on the state of the art and the associated implementation costs at any given time.
Special consideration is given to the security requirements established by the GDPR, particularly those contained in Article 32.
